How We Do It
In recent years real estate prices in the center skyrocketed, fueled by the growth of high paying jobs in the high-tech sector. The high prices put many communities out of the reach of many olim and young families.
Buyers started to move out from the Tel Aviv and Jerusalem areas further from the center, where they were able to commute easily by train. While Jerusalem became untouchable, cities such as Raanana, Netanya, Rehovot, Rishon L’Tzion, Modiin and others cities in the Shfela and the Merkaz started see apartment prices increase at a fast pace.
Many Olim today are looking even further away to cities like Karmiel and Afula, which are even more distant to the center of the country.
A Different Approach
Our goal is to find your community a development that is no more than 80 minutes to Tel Aviv and 70 minute to Jerusalem.
There are a number of smaller cities close to the center that are made up of Hebrew speakers. These cities are probably not on the radar screens of Olim, but their new neighborhoods are prime locations for community Aliyah. Being close to the center opens up possibilities for easier commuting to work, greater choice of schools and proximity to other family members living near the center.
